What Silk customers do not know, and what I found after 10 years of drinking this product is that, without informing ANYONE, (not their customers, nor the retailers) they degraded the product from organic to natural. The price and the look of the box have stayed the same. Once you trust a product you stop reading the labels on the box. I called them and they could not care less. They made it my responsibility saying they have posted in their website. I consider they have been poisoning me since January and I am very upset. I think people need to know this.

Erin - me again. I tried it, and it was really, really good. Thanks for the suggestion. I've started growing a little herb garden too, and I'm pleasantly and deliciously amazed at how good fresh basil, or rosemary can make things taste. Today I made an addition of oregano, cilantro, and lemon balm. I just love my little garden...

Oh yummy! Anything with strawberries is so good - especially when it starts to warm up outside! I would never have thought of cardamom - I'm going to give this a try! It looks beautiful!

Erin,

I love your recipe but find that I often don’t have time to whip up this fresh or either want some sparkling “soda” asap so recently went in search for great a great sparkling drink. I found it oddly enough at IKEA. It’s called Kristian Regále and comes in wide variety of flavors from Kristian Regále Pomegranate-Apple Sparkler to Kristian Regále Peach Sparkler to Kristian Regále Apple Sparkler and more. It’s a great drink to bring out for the whole family when you need something quick, refreshing and fun! Enjoy!

Speaking of goat cheese and figs - there's a little cafe by my work that has this for breakfast: Toasted Ciabatta topped with goat cheese, honey, dried figs & fresh black pepper. I'm telling you, it's manna. Food of the gods.
How did I find you? A very long meander one quiet work day. It started at "Seriously So Blessed", wandered through a link to an older post, through lots of comments, and there was YOUR comment. It was an interesting comment, so I checked out your blog, and VOILA. See? Not so interesting, just long. Waiting for the personal party guacamole! YUM!
